    Saturday - Open for Saturday Night Live Concerts OR special events only. Times may vary

  • Yes! Coat Check is open during the colder months and is $3 and is located to the left side of our foyer around the corner from our cover booth. If you forget your coat/item we will hold it for 6 months. After 6 months, we donate unclaimed items to local charities/shelters. You can claim your item with your coat check stub any time we are open. All big bags or backpacks, will be checked by security and will need to be put into coat check as well. Please note: If you lose or misplace your coat check stub, you will have to come back at the end of the night to collect your items, as we want to make sure the item is getting back to its proper owner.

  • If you have lost an item, please contact us via email at dallaspromotions.kw@gmail.com or on Instagram (Dallasnightclubkw). One of our employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • We don’t make the rules on this one but we do have to follow them! ID requirements are as below! We abide strictly by the AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario)

    What ID is required for entry to Dallas Nightclub?

    All customers must be 19+ to enter our venue. With the ONLY exception being a special event where no alcohol is being served and discussions have been made before hand with venue manager and event planner.  For shows or events where you’re unsure of the age requirements, please see your events page.

    Acceptable forms of primary ID include the following; 

    • Valid drivers license

    • Ontario ID card 

    • Out-of-province photo driver’s license 

    • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency card 

    • Ontario Health Card 

    • Passport 

    Please Note: Our security has the right to request a second piece of ID or deny entry 

    I lost my ID can I use my temporary paper ID to get in? 

    No, your temporary ID does not act as a photo ID. You can use a passport, status card, or any other photo ID card that is government-issued. 

    My 19th birthday is tomorrow, can I access the bar at midnight tonight? 

    We would love to celebrate your birthday with you, However, unfortunately, due to Ontario laws, it must be the NEXT business date to enter the bar.

  • What forms of payment will my bartender accept?

    Dallas is a cash-only venue, however we do accept card payments for bottle service ONLY. With limited machines, we can not provide card services for all customers.

    Can I start a tab?

    No, Unfortunately not. For your security and security of our staff, we are unable to start tabs.

  • Our concert space is mainly standing room only, however there are a couple chairs which are a first come first serve basis. If you require a chair for any injury or disability, please send us an email, so that we can ensure you get seating to enjoy the show. 

  • Nope! All tickets are provided online through Ticketweb (or the preferred ticketing system of the artist) You may print off the tickets that you purchased if you choose to do so.

    Note: Some artists will have physical tickets available for purchase, but it depends on artists management.

  • Timelines for shows can vary depending on the artist. Please refer to the concert event page for the time your show starts.

    Note: For shows with multiple artists, we as the venue do not receive set times until the doors open, so no set times will be released to customers.

  • We, as Dallas, are only the venue where the concert/event is being held. We will always do our best to answer any questions that you may have regarding the show, however any questions regarding issues with tickets, please direct them to the support pages of the place you purchased your tickets from.

Dallas does not have its own parking lot. Street parking may be available along King St. and paid parking lots are listed below;
